AFT 2375 represents all Full-time and Adjunct Faculty at RVCC, and negotiates separate contracts for its Full-time and its Adjunct members.
Our latest contract was a one year extension with a 3% pay increase (up from 2.5%). The pandemic took a toll on everyone and with a lot of unknowns it made sense to delay negotiating a 3 year contract until we knew more about enrollment and inflation. In February 2022, collective bargaining agreements between the College and the Full-time Faculty Federation and Adjunct Faculty Federation was entered into covering July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.
