AFT 2375 represents all Full-time and Adjunct Faculty at RVCC, and negotiates separate contracts for its Full-time and its Adjunct members.
After taking a new approach to negotiations, the Federation was pleased to have a new contract prior to our old contract expiring! Collective bargaining agreements between the College and the Full-time Faculty Federation and Adjunct Faculty Federation were entered into covering July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2026.
