AFTNJ Leadership Conference

August 17, 2022 – East Brunswick, NJ

Representatives from the RVCC Faculty Federation attended the AFT New Jersey Leadership Conference: Stronger Unions, Stronger Voices on August 17th. This one-day conference provided an opportunity for local AFT leaders to connect, share, and expand their knowledge of union related procedures and issues including compliance, the current negotiating climate, communications, and benefits available to members. Always a jam packed day with lots of great information and great people. We are ready to start our year!
